We have known for years that the New World Order would begin having western governments criminalize free-speech. This in combination with vague anti-terrorism laws would allow them to have complete and total control over the population. In Canada we have seen the Harper government pass Bill C51 which will allow them to bypass all constitutional restraints when dealing with identified terrorists. We now see where speech will be used to identify those terrorists.

Hitler passed all of the required laws prior to establishing his tyranny. The western governments are now following that recipe step by step.
